Who we are

We are an integrated but outsourced recruitment partner who handles all of your pre-hire processes so that you can focus on selecting the right candidates.

What we are not

Let’s get this out of the way: We are not headhunters, nor are we a staffing service. We are not a call center either. We do not manage a preexisting database of candidates, nor do we guarantee a hire. And we do not charge a placement fee.

How we do it

Our staff of educated, trained and skilled HR professionals performs the process and we are compensated for the work we do, versus a placement.

We use our own blend of processes that are current, measured and customized to meet your specific hiring needs. We even do all of the work from writing ads, to receiving and screening resumes, to creating and conducting phone interviews and more.

Small Business (2-99 employees)

For small businesses, with limited to no HR staff, your best investment will include our core Hiring Management Services and a few select add-on services to support making the right hiring decisions. While we do not have a crystal ball, we are expert interviewers and hiring analysts, and as such, we can help guide you in making solid hiring decisions.

Hiring is expensive. Hiring the wrong person in a small company environment can set back a company for months, or even longer. Your investment in this process absolutely makes sense.

In addition to our core Hiring Management Services we recommend the following à la Carte options:

  • NetSourcing: This is our comprehensive process for recruiting via social media and the web.
  • Skills & Behavioral Assessments
  • Background and reference verifications: These processes are included in our Hiring Management Services.
  • Live interviews: These are conducted with you and your dedicated myHR Partner team member, onsite or offsite.

 

Mid-Size  (100-499 employees) and Large (500+) Companies

Mid-sized and large businesses may have dedicated staff to focus on hiring, but they often find themselves inundated with additional duties or large hiring projects. As such, the hiring process is often fragmented and does not get the full focus and attention it needs to be effective. Often, the system currently in place is broken. Let us fix it for you and with you.

We can really focus on the process. We have no other agenda. Since we are compensated only for the work we do and not through placement fees, we are interested in executing the process right on your behalf. It’s that simple.

With the onset of social media recruitment options, there are many new tactics that can help you be more targeted in your approach to sourcing candidates. Yet these are time-consuming tasks, and social media is constantly changing. Who can keep up with it all? We can! And, we can do it in a manner that makes you feel as if we actually work right there at your business. We become that integrated during the process.

In addition to our core Hiring Management Services, we recommend the following à la Carte options:

Academic Institutions (all sizes or type)

Academia has its own set of parameters in sourcing candidates for positions. Often there are committees involved, input from multiple departments, and an array of requirements specific to your special culture.
