We have clients across the United States. Regardless of your location within the US, we spend time at the start of our relationship getting to know your company and your teams. So when we are emailing, calling or jumping on a video conference, it is just like we are in the office down the hall and you are walking over to meet in person. Our clients find this efficient and effective. Of course, we have the ability to meet on site regularly if you are within driving distance or travel out to your location as needed.

You don't have just one person assigned to you — you have three! This is one of the big things that separates us from most other HR companies.

Each team is made up of an HR Director, HR Manager and HR Generalist. These experts have different roles to suit your organization. Your HR Director helps with high-level needs and oversees your account. Your HR Manager becomes part of your management team to provide strategy, direction, and insight — this is your go-to person. Your HR Generalist handles the ongoing administration. Each bills at a rate commensurate to the level of expertise they provide, so you're always getting the most out of your investment.

Also, myHR Partner has specialists in specific areas of HR, such as hiring, payroll administration, benefits administration, and more. So not only do you have access to your team of three, you have access to Specialists as well.

The short answer to your question is yes! We are very experienced and adept at blending into your environment and taking on whatever HR services you need us to.

Our team members are required to have, at minimum, a formal education in HR as well as hands-on experience, a tremendous work ethic, an exceptional focus on customer service, and the ability to integrate into various cultures. Organizations often outsource a portion or all their HR functions for a multitude of reasons. We'll share some of the most common reasons here.

First, some organizations realize they are having their leaders spending too much time on HR tasks. Often companies spread HR functions across leaders in their organization.
