What a great day! We had a blast at our company picnic.

On Wednesday, August 8, we held our annual company picnic. This myHR Partner summer event is always a great time, and a chance for us to enjoy a stress-free afternoon with our families. To up the employee-appreciation ante this year, we also held a mindfulness seminar in the office earlier in the day.

We spent the afternoon enjoying great company, sipping cold drinks and playing yard games in the sunshine. We also feasted on a delicious make-your-own taco buffet from Don Juan Mexican Grill, and homemade desserts shared by our team.

More than just some time away from the office, we love company events like this because they give us an opportunity to build personal relationships with each other, meet each other’s families and help build our unique company culture. These events really make us feel like we are an important part of the organization we work for, and that is a source of real pride for each of us.
