Welcome to an episode of *Ignite & Inspire*, a podcast by entrepreneurs who were once in your shoes.

In this episode, [Tina](https://www.linkedin.com/in/tinahamiltonmyhr/) interviews [Brad Balentine](https://www.linkedin.com/in/brad-balentine-0541b355/), owner of Tri-Point Electric, who shares his journey from starting as an electrician to building his own successful business.
