myHR Partner® President and CEO Tina Hamilton, PHR, SHRM-CP, contributed to an article for The Morning Call that was adapted to EO's, Entrepreneurs' Organization, article about answers to 5 common return-to-work questions.

As organizations plan their return to work, there is much to consider — for both employees and employers

From the article:

How do we best address the needs of our employees as part of planning for reopening and managing the new federally mandated leave options and still operate business?

Modify the workplace. Separate workplaces at least 6 feet or reconfigure work areas to avoid close back-to-back or face-to-face configurations. Install barriers between work areas.
