ALLENTOWN, PA — (Aug 6, 2015) myHR Partner, Inc., a true hands-on provider of outsourced human resources services for organizations nationwide, announced today that Kelly Coblentz, PHR, SHRM-CP, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Services. Previously, Coblentz was the company’s Director of HR Services for six years.

Coblentz holds a BSBA in Human Resources Management from Shippensburg University and a Master’s in Business Administration from DeSales University. She holds a myHR Partner VP of HR Services Kelly CoblentzProfessional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and, with over 16 years of progressive and senior level experience in HR, her reputation is well established for providing advice, guidance and effective solutions to clients to improve overall business goals and strategies. Her focus is to ensure that HR adds significant value to an organization, in ways that make sense for employers and improve the quality of the workplace for everyone.

In her new executive role, Coblentz will oversee the day-to-day HR services operations at the company, assist with and advise on special projects and continue to manage her existing long-term clients. She will manage the company’s core offerings, including full service HR Partnering solutions and HR a la carte services for client companies. These HR partnering services may include all elements of HR functions, from employee relations, performance management, employment administration, legal compliance, employee policies and procedures development to benefits and compensation management, absence management, payroll and hiring—and anything in between.
