Summer picnic time!

“Give employees an opportunity to get excited about coming to work, even when the nice weather is beckoning. This might mean offering a change up to the regular office routine that they can look forward to.”

Here at myHR Partner, we practice what we preach. Take the quote above, for instance, from our popular blog post on “Summer Slump Syndrome“. In the spirit of banishing the dreaded slump, we threw a summer picnic recently for employees and their families at Route 100 Park in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania. It was our way of injecting a little fun into the long hot days of summer, and while showing a little employee appreciation at the same time.

The picnic was truly a stress-free treat for the whole team, with dinner, drinks and snacks provided. Those who wanted to brought a dessert to share, or a yard game to play. It was loads of fun, as the pictures below show.

The picnic was also an opportunity for us to celebrate how our company has grown from just President and Founder Tina Hamilton, PHR, and one staffer when the company started 15 years ago to 15 team members today.

More about our 15th anniversary coming soon, so stay tuned, folks!
