HRDL-1: EMPLOYER SUPPORT
Your assigned HR team serves your executive/management staff with HR support, including: employee relations, communications, leadership, federal and state compliance issues and more. We become your trusted HR partners based on your unique business needs.
HRDL-2: TOTAL COMPANY SUPPORT
With this option, we provide all the services of HRDL-1, plus we support your employees as well. We become a direct contact for your entire organization’s HR questions, guidance and hands-on support.
HRDL-3: TOTAL EMPLOYER AND/OR COMPANY PLUS ADMINISTRATION
We become your complete HR department. In addition to the services provided in HRDL-1 and HRDL-2, we also manage HR processes that you can choose from the list of our add-on services below.
HRDL-4: À LA CARTE COMBINATION
Create your own custom solution with one or more options from our add-on services. And if you don’t see what you need listed, please ask! We perform many special projects.
Where needed, we work with your chosen vendors and/or legal counsel, or we can introduce you to some of our preferred partners!
