On-Boarding:

On-boarding is the first experience your new hires have with your organization. It is your opportunity to fully engage your new employees, by making them feel welcome and prepared for their new role. Much of the on-boarding process also involves collecting necessary paperwork and signatures, as well as helping them understand your culture, programs, processes and policies. It is a lot to think about.

When not handled with a focus, this process can leave the new employees with unanswered questions, concerns or overall lack of direction. You have invested a lot of time and resources to bring them into your organization, so why not make sure you have an engaging on-boarding process in place?

It is an unfortunate fact of business that employees come and go—sometimes for the good of the organization, and sometimes not. Regardless of how they are departing, certain tasks must be completed on a timely basis. When you partner with myHR Partner, we handle all of the details for you. This can be an emotional time for managers and employees, of course, but our skills in this area allow us to stay focused and ensure that nothing is missed.

By outsourcing your off-boarding process, we can:

  • Develop a customized and documented process to fit your environment
  • Communicate all final pay and benefits administration with your administrator, or as your administrator, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws
  • Ensure any COBRA requirements are processed as necessary
  • Arrange for the collection of all personal belongings
  • Arrange for all company property to be returned
  • Finalize any documentation, details or paperwork needed
  • Conduct exit interviews (for larger terminations see our Exit Interview Program)
