For the second year running, myHR Partner has earned an honor we hold dear: We’re named one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in PA by the Central Penn Business Journal and the Best Companies Group! Better yet, myHR Partner was names a top 5 place to work in PA of 58 small businesses (15 to 99 employees) represented among 120 total recognized workplaces, also for the second consecutive year.
Credible awards and acknowledgements always feel good, but this one’s particularly meaningful for a few reasons:
- It’s a reflection of a long-held goal. When I founded myHR Partner in 2002, my vision was a healthy, high-functioning, conscientious and compliant company that yielded similarly healthy companies.
- It shows that myHR Partner practices what we preach – that is, that satisfied employees are part and parcel of enduring and profitable businesses.
- Confidential employee surveys represented 75% of each Best Places to Work in PA candidate’s ranking. Our employees’ winning responses are a testament to our team’s satisfaction – which, for me, is a key measure of true success.
