Our clients don’t hire us for our awesome holiday cards (though buckle up for this year’s!). They hire us because we kneel at the altar of HR, giving it the reverence is deserves.

Employees are the heart of every business. HR keeps that heart beating. It’s why HR services should never be a side hustle, or learned on a client’s dime.

HR shouldn’t be an add-on, either. Many large benefits/payroll providers have begun offering HR services. For a fee, they’ll handle consultations, hotlines, and record keeping. Sounds nice, right? One stop shopping! Consider this: HR is an afterthought to benefits and payroll providers, known to hire a small handful of HR employees who juggle up to 500 clients each. Flexibility, customization, hands-on support, and any real understanding of your culture go out the window. Another whomp whomp: Change benefits or payroll providers, and your HR goes with it. Few benefits/payroll providers will let you hire them for HR and HR alone.

Which brings us back to, well, us. Everyone – everyone –who performs HR services at myHR Partner not only works with no more than approximately ten clients, but is formally educated in this field, holding at minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources (many of us have graduate degrees). We take our own advice, exercising extreme care when recruiting for our own team – but don’t have to do it too often, thankfully. Our turnover’s some of the lowest in our biz.

Our fees are simple, clear, and make sense.

Hire us and you’re matched with a team of three experts – an HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Generalist – backed by two dozen more, including specialists representing all key areas of HR. Our entire staff is ready to step up and support your team as needed. It’s a far cry from hiring Tom or Tina to do HR 20 hours a week and hoping they’re not at the beach the day one of your employees gives their two weeks’ notice.

We don’t make money when you hire and we have no financial stake in your people. This distinguishes us from PEOs, whose fees are tied to salaries (pay an employee more, you have to pay your PEO more). Consultants often charge hourly – a setup that’s not only hard to budget for, but that limits you to one person’s skill set.
